Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods, consignment of Goods within 45 (forty five) calendar days (30 (thirty) calendar days for SMEs) to the Buyer of documents.
