Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Special requirements of the Buyer that the spacecraft must confirm on the B2B electronic trading platform:

- Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles until 10.30.2020
- 100% deferred payment 60 calendar days for the whole lot
- The equipment is ready for shipment 30 calendar days from the moment of placing the order.
- Duration of work: 30 calendar days
- The ability to access the object without a contract. by letter of guarantee (in the form of Tander JSC)
- Warranty on supplies and work performed: 36 months.
- Warranty on supplied equipment: 60 months.
- If a participant does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and will not be sent to requests for missing documentation.


The following documents must be submitted to the KP:
1) MOT selection sheets with drawings (Vopa).
2) Thermotechnical calculations for HC and refrigerated premises (workshops, machinery department)
3) Cold consumption table (with a complete list of all equipment)

Mandatory templates:
- Template for KP on XO
- Template for KP for design, installation and commissioning
- Specification for split systems for NT cameras
- Appendix No. 11

Payment Terms - deferral of 60 cal.days
Warranty - 36 months for work performed, 36 months for used consumables and automation, 36 months for equipment supplied.
Duration of work - 30 cd

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required
A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
