- Processor with a frequency of not less than 1.6 GHz with Windows 7 Professional support
- Screen size from 9 to 11 inches, touch, with the ability to work with both hands and a special pen.
Mounting bracket:
- The mount must be able to adjust the position of the mobile terminal at the angle of inclination, height and departure for the driver. Ensure sufficient fixation and reliability.
4. The network. The equipment should be able to connect external, remote WIFI antenna and be able to work in Networks 2, 4ghz (the presence of 5GHz will be an advantage)
5. The terminal must be able to connect additional equipment (scanners, keyboards)

Two-stage purchase procedure

Payment terms:
payment to the winner of the contest is carried out within 6 working days after submission of all necessary documents, and two-sided signing of the contract, in the amount of 50%. The remaining 50% after receiving all equipment sets by the customer.
Delivery terms:
1. When purchasing a set of equipment, it must be delivered to the receiver
2. Install and provide initial setup and training to work with the equipment. (the installation must be carried out by a certified technician, in accordance with all necessary rules and regulations, to ensure the preservation of warranty obligations for loading unloading equipment.
3. Provide all the necessary documentation for the equipment, for operation and self-adjustment.
4. Provide technical support by phone and e-mail.
5. Provide technical support, repair, replacement (with pickup and return back to the recipient) equipment.
6. The warranty for the equipment must be at least 2 years.
