Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 60 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices and consignment notes (or UPD).
Delivery terms:Delivery time of the Goods: until 25.12.2020.

Destination address: Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Purovsky district, town. Urengoy (base of LLC "SMU-4"). Shipping must include a paid ferry across the Pur River.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization of this procedure (the form is attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

3. To provide on request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- Documents confirming the quality of products by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Buyer.
- A letter of guarantee stating that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the commercial proposal is calculated in full accordance with the request for proposals.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse.

The supplier of the products must be an official distributor or another official representative of the proposed manufacturer of oils with the presentation of documents confirming this (provided simultaneously with the commercial offer).

Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
quality.

Note: this request for prices is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
