| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products is made by non-cash transfer to the Supplier's current account based on the PAS signed by the Parties, billed by the Supplier for each delivered batch of Products. Payment shall be made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery. The delivery date is the date of delivery and receipt of the Products at the airport warehouse in the city.
