Payment terms:
Payment by the Customer shall be made by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The application submitted by the participant, which is a subject of small and medium-sized businesses, has offered payment terms for more than 30 calendar days in the Application, can be accepted by the Procurement Commission and will be to be considered as an Application with a deferred payment of 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
Fuel release shall be carried out by bank transfer through the operating system for card maintenance with the possibility of free lock/unlock by the Buyer or on a filling list.
Plastic cards in the amount that meets the needs of the Buyer are transferred for free use for the duration of the contract. In case of loss or mechanical damage of the card by the Buyer, the Supplier restores the cards free of charge, but not more than 10% of the total amount.
The volumes of fuel and lubricants supplied by cards must comply with the limits set by the Buyer by types (brands) and quantity (liters) of fuel.
Delivery of the Goods shall be carried out daily by self-removal from the Supplier's filling station, by sampling the products by the Buyer by cards.
The sale of oil products and information services for cardholders shall be carried out by the Supplier in the territory of the Vanino, Khabarovsk Krai.
