| Payment terms: | Not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days following the date the Buyer signed the Act of Services rendered (Appendix No. 6 to the Contract), the Merchandise Note (TRADE-12) provided the original documents of the following documents are provided: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer shall pay the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the value of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer, Services rendered.
If the Supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) subject to RF Government Decision No. 1352 of 11 December 2014 "On the particularities of the participation of entities small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", the payment period for the Goods in paragraph 3.7.1 shall be stated as follows: "Within 15 (Fifteen ) working days following the date of the Buyer's signature of the Act of Delivered Goods (Appendix No. 6 to the Contract), the Merchandise Consignment Note (TRADE-12), provided the original documents are provided: invoices, invoices, TTN, Buyer shall pay the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the value of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer |
