The Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer, the waybill (unified form TORG-12) and the provision of the original documents (invoice, invoice, waybill, typical interindustry form No. 1-T).

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
