Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Bidders!
Mandatory requirements:
1. Confirm payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days, after delivery
2. Confirm delivery date 04/15/2024
3. Provide a technical and commercial proposal with a technical description
4. Confirm that the product is new, not used, not restored
5. The warranty period is at least 12 months
6. The validity period of the Commercial Proposal in calendar days, not less than 60
7. Confirm the fixation of the cost in rubles
8. Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider

Other requirements:
1. The cost of the products must include delivery to the Customer's facility. Delivery address: Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, village. Dorozhny (the territory of the Krasnodar Industrial Park).

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
