Auto-extension

- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
- Protocol (Decision) on the election of the sole executive body,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) (valid for 1 month),
- Balance sheet (Form No. 1) for the last reporting period (if applicable),
- Statement of Financial Results (Form No. 2) (if applicable),
- VAT tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- Income tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- License of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
For individual entrepreneurs:
- Passport,
- Certificate of state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) (valid for 1 month),
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not an individual entrepreneur),
- VAT tax return for the last reporting (tax) period* or a document confirming the application of the Simplified Taxation System,
- Income tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*
- License of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
* - Instead of tax returns, you can provide:
- A certificate of absence of tax arrears issued by the tax authority, or
- A letter guaranteeing the payment of taxes to the budget, signed by the sole executive body and stamped by the counterparty.
Venue of bidding:
