When submitting a proposal under this tender, the participants automatically accept all conditions APH Agribusiness.

Participants may not refuse delivery of products for which they were given in the tender offer or to increase the price after the offering. In case of failure of supply or increase prices, participants will be entered in the "black list" of companies.

In this tender APH "Agribusiness" will take into account the prices without VAT participants! But will with the actual delivery of the VAT.

The price should be given in Russian rubles, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price should be fixed to 31.01.2020g.

The volume of purchases in the tender are approximate. Possible deviation of 20-25%.
