Auto-extension

Payment shall be made within 30 calendar days after signing of the goods consignment note in accordance with TORG-12 standard form.
Terms of delivery:
The price of the Agreement shall include the Supplier's earnings and the Supplier's expenses for production or acquisition, transportation of the Goods to the supply location, loading, unloading, cost of containers and packaging, licenses required for use of the Goods (if applicable), taxes, charges and fees to be paid (including customs clearance, if applicable), as well as all other costs and expenditures of the Supplier related to supply of the Goods, installation, disposal of containers and packaging materials, fulfillment of other obligations under the Agreement.
