Company Tele2 conducts analysis of the market of office paper suppliers for all regions of the Russian Federation.

Legal entities registered in the territory of the Russian Federation are allowed to participate in the qualifying selection.

In order to participate in the request and in the future to receive the newsletter on the planned tender procedure, it is necessary to fill in and attach the file "questionnaire for the participant".
Brief instructions on how to fill:
1. Columns B-G-fill in contact information about the company
2. Column N-The data of the paper marks will be further involved in the request. You do not need to make any comments in this column
3. Columns I-J-required to be filled
4. Columns K-CD-it is necessary to note "V" those areas where the supplier can deliver a certain brand of paper (this can be any of the three proposed grades of paper, the price of which will be more competitive in the specified region)

This notice is of an informational nature and is not an offer to conclude a contract as defined in art. 435-437 part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The qualification selection is also not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of RFI request is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of the RFI request does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Tele2 assumes no obligation to conclude any contracts with the organizations company the above-mentioned package of documents.
A potential counterparty that provides a qualifying package of documents Tele2 in accordance with this notice shall be responsible for the payment of any costs of preparing the package of documents.
