| Payment terms: | Prepayment under the contract is not provided. Payment for the goods is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the following documents drawn up by the Parties in accordance with the terms of the contract and the current legislation of the Russian Federation:
- waybill (form Bargaining 12);
- waybill;
- invoice and invoice. |
