The payment for the Goods (Equipment) within the framework of the Agreement will be effected upon the fact of the delivery of the Goods (Equipment) within 45 days after the invoice, invoices, certificates, technical passports are presented to the buyer and the buyer signs the commodity bill of lading. In the event of entering into an agreement with the Supplier meeting the eligibility criteria for SMEs, payment will be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 days of the 100% delivery of the goods.
