| Payment terms: | 1) Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment Note (TORG-12), provided that the originals of the following documents are provided: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays to the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the Equipment supplied and accepted by the Buyer, taking into account the advance paid.
2) For contractors who are small and medium-sized businesses:
Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment Note (TORG-12), subject to the provision of the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays to the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost delivered and accepted by the Buyer Equipment taking into account the advance paid. |
