Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
1. Advance payment of 30% of the contract value shall be made by the customer within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the invoice is paid and the advance payment is returned in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
2. Interim payment of 60% of the contract value shall be carried out within 45 calendar days from the moment of signing the certificate of preliminary acceptance of the machine by representatives of the customer on the territory of the manufacturer, provided the invoice for payment, Enforcement of the agreement and ensuring the return of the interim payment.
3. The final settlement of the contract in the amount of 10% of the value of the contract shall be made by the customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signature of the consignment note of the unified form Torg-12, acceptance of the completed works on installation, commissioning and Training of the customer's personnel, provided the invoice for payment and guarantee obligations under the contract.
The supplier undertakes to transfer the equipment to the customer within 9 months from the date of signing the contract.
