The Bidder, when submitting an Bid, must agree to the terms and wording of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude a contract on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure for concluding a contract in the form of PJSC CHMK, within 10 working days.
