В составе своей заявки Участник в обязательном порядке должен представить подписанный договор в редакции Заказчика, документы, подтверждающие полномочия Участника на поставку предлагаемой продукции (сертификаты дилера, представителя, гарантийные письма изготовителя и т.п.) Предложение должно быть оформлено согласно приложенной закупочной документации. Заявка без подтверждения ценового предложения указанными документами не допускается к рассмотрению.
Предложение участника должно быть действительно не менее 60 дней.
В случае если зарегистрированный в системе участник не имеет возможности самостоятельной подачи предложения в связи с отсутствием ЭЦП возможна подгрузка предложений отправленных на электронную почту организатора.
Все предложения должны поступать на электронный адрес предприятия Организатора me_b2b@mechel.com. Об отправке предложений необходимо сообщить исполнителю по запросу цен/предложений.
В течение 20 рабочих дней после подписания протокола Организатор заключает договор с контрагентом-победителем процедуры. После заключения договора Организатор рассылает в Системе соответствующие уведомления, что является завершением процедуры в Системе.
