| Payment terms: | • Q4 2021 — the first advance payment of 20% of the total price of the Agreement;
• Q2 2022 — the second advance payment of 30% of the total price of the Contract
• Q4 2022 - third advance payment of 25% of the total price of the Agreement after notification of readiness;
• Final payment after passing the Goods entry control at the consignee's warehouse and receiving financing from the General Customer — SSK Zvezda LLC (approximately Q2) 2023), whichever event is later.
At each stage of financing, an upfront payment is transferred once the advance refund commitment has been secured. In order to pay the first advance, it is also necessary to provide security for the Contract (other than warranty obligations) of 5% of the price of the Contract.
All settlements under this contract are subject to treasury support. |
