Payment terms:
per each shipment shall be carried out within 10 working days after the signing of the Act about the services provided, on the basis of the received Customer executor.
The cost should include: the value of the goods and their packaging, loading and unloading, transport costs for delivery of the goods, as well as all expenses for prepress files, executive pay costs of taxes and other obligatory payments.
In case of violation of terms of delivery of the goods due to the fault of the executor, the customer has the right to demand from the executor a fine in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the goods delivered is not in time for each day of delay, as well as recover all damages caused by such violation.
In the case of three violations of the executor of the timing of delivery of the goods, the customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract with the performer with the ability to claim all damages, related to the early termination of the contract due to the fault of the executor.
