Payment terms:
Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract until 07/31/2020 (unless otherwise specified)
Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.

Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law on its own and at its own expense (if provided).
Delivery terms:
Semitrailer for transportation of large-sized units of equipment for hydraulic fracturing.
Road operating conditions by road category - I - III;
Climatic operating conditions - 3rd category (from -40ºС to 40ºС);
Lifting characteristics and linear dimensions when coupling with a tractor:
Payload capacity, kg - at least 30,000
Tractors to be used for coupling:
Iveco AMT, the height of the fifth wheel is 1600 mm, the load WITHOUT P / P on the first axle is 7.630 tons, on the rear bogie 3.270 tons.
Kenworth T800 SSU height 1400 mm, load WITHOUT P / P on the first axle 6.038 tons, on the rear bogie 2.589 tons.
The supplier provides the following documents:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- certificate of conformity for the Goods (OTTS);
- certificate of quality (if applicable);
- technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
- a document confirming the warranty on the Product, service book;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
In the case of the supply of imported equipment, the Supplier, at its own expense, translates all the documentation into Russian.
The warranty period for the complete product (semitrailer) is 12 (twelve) months.
Delivered goods of 2019, technically sound, without restoration and defects, manufactured in accordance with state standards and parameters established for vehicles of these models.
The quality of the supplied semi-trailer meets the established standards and is confirmed by the necessary documents (certificate (declaration) of conformity of the manufacturer or a document replacing it).
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.

Обоснование: После проведения основного этапа на ЭТП, также была проведена серия телефонных переговоров, переторжка и запрошена актуализация цены по прошествии времени. Победитель выбран в первую очередь исходя из наиболее подходящей комплектации - технические характеристики, вездеходная конструкция и развесовка. А также по причине полного согласия с критичными пунктами договора.
