Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by bank transfer by payment orders by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Buyer's acceptance of the goods, signing the consignment note and receiving an invoice for payment, an invoice from the Supplier (subject to compliance with the registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
