Payment terms:
advance payment, final payment upon delivery of the goods with deferred not less than 60 and not more than 70 calendar days. The contract price includes: all costs, expenses and other expenses related to the execution of the terms of the contract, including the necessary accompanying materials, as well as transport costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as all costs, expenses and other expenses of the supplier.
Supplier delivers goods to the customer with our own transport or transport by third parties at its own expense.
Delivery terms:

- marking of goods shall contain: product name, manufacturer name, manufacturer's location, date of issue and the warranty period of service.
- labeling should comply strictly with the marking of the goods.
- the packaging shall ensure the preservation of goods during transportation and loading and unloading to the final place of operation.
- merchandise must be new, not used. Residual shelf life at the time of transfer of the goods to the customer: not less than 18 months.
- the supplier is responsible for the quality of the goods during the period of its validity, subject to the customer the rules of storage and use.
- Supplier carries out transportation and delivery to the destination method of preservation of their original quality; protection from exposure to environmental temperature Wednesday, from damage.

Requirements for product certification, licenses:
