Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Payer to the Supplier upon delivery of the Goods, on the basis of a payment invoice issued by the Supplier, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the consignee signs the consignment note (TORG-12) or UPD, provided that the Goods are delivered in good quality and in proper completeness, the act of incoming control is signed by the Consignee without comment.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
