The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Обоснование: 1) Признать открытый запрос предложений на право заключения договора поставки прибора для проведения ПЦР с возможностью регистрации продуктов реакции в режиме реального времени несостоявшимся, на основании п. 13.13.10 Положения о закупках ООО «СИГМА.Новосибирск». Решением Закупочной комиссии признан соответствующим требованиям закупочной документации только один Участник.
2) На основании п. 18.6 Положения о закупках ООО «СИГМА.Новосибирск» согласовать на право заключения договора поставки прибора для проведения ПЦР с возможностью регистрации продуктов реакции в режиме реального времени с ООО «БИО-РАД Лаборатория» ОГРН 1027700495415, место нахождения: 105064, г. Москва, Нижний Сусальный переулок, дом 5, строение 5А, на сумму не более чем 1 700 000 (Один миллион семьсот тысяч) руб., в том числе НДС 0%.
