Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment of 30% (Thirty percent) of the price of the Goods, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of the invoice for payment to the Buyer, after signing this Agreement, subject to the submission of the documents provided for in paragraph 5.1.16 Agreement, as well as collateral, if it is provided for by the provisions of this Agreement.
Within 45 (forty five) calendar days after receipt of the Goods and signing by the Parties of the TORG-12 bill of lading, the act of acceptance of the Goods, if there is an invoice for payment, the Buyer transfers to the Supplier the remaining amount of funds in the amount of 70% (Seventy percent) of the price Product.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
