| Payment terms: | within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMEs - within 15 (Fifteen) business days) after the Parties have signed the consignment note (or the Universal Transfer Document, hereinafter referred to as the UPD) and the Supplier submits an invoice, invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements clause 5 of Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (if the Supplier does not apply the simplified taxation system). |
