| Payment terms: | Payment by the Buyer of the delivered products is made within 45 (forty five) calendar days (within 30 (thirty) calendar days for SMEs) after the Parties sign the waybill and provide the Supplier with an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (if the Supplier does not apply CSS). |
