Payment terms:Buyer shall make a prepayment for the Products in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the total price of the Contract based on the Supplier's invoice for the pre-payment amount.
The remaining amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the Contract price shall be paid by the Buyer after delivery of the Products within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer a waybill (or a universal transfer document) based on the Supplier's account.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
