Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is made after receipt of the goods and the original documents (invoices, TORG-12 consignment notes, transport invoices) within 60 days, by transferring money to the Supplier’s bank account by bank transfer
Delivery terms:the delivery of goods by applications in 2019, the deadline for completion of the certificate is 15-20 days, the goods are delivered in full or in parts in separate batches by road and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse located at: Russian Federation, Orenburg region, district of Buzuluk
