Payment terms:1 payment of the delivered products shall be made by the purchaser upon delivery within:
1.1.30 calendar days from the date of signing by the consignee of the act of entrance control after receipt of the products of proper quality and in the proper completeness and presentation of documents named in paragraph 3.4. of this agreement,
- With the contract price up to 5 mln. Rub. With VAT (inclusive);
- With SME entities.
1.2.60 calendar days from the date of signing by the consignee of the act of entrance control after receipt of the products of proper quality and in the proper completeness and presentation of documents named in paragraph 3.4. Agreement with the contract price of more than 5 mln rubles. With VAT.
