The composition of the bid for participation:

1. A commercial offer indicating the cost of the MTR, the cost of delivery and payment terms.
2. Completed technical description in the Customer's form (see biddocumentation)
3.Passports/Certificates/Rejection letters
4. Reference List
5. Constituent documents (Charter, decision on the election of the State Duma, order on the appointment of an accountant, power of attorney for the signatory (if necessary), book.balance of 2022 and 2-3 quarter of 2023, reference beneficiaries, staffing, for IP: certificate of TIN, SNILS).

Delivery is not required, it is considered on the terms of pickup.
