Payment terms:
The price of the delivered Goods must include all the Supplier's expenses, including the costs of delivering the Goods, loading and unloading, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, as well as other expenses that the Supplier may incur in connection with the execution of the contract.
Advance payment under the Agreement is not carried out.
The payment for the delivered Goods is carried out by the Buyer on the Supplier's account on the basis of an Accounting Document signed by the Parties for accounting for trading operations, drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 402-FZ of 06.12.2011 "On Accounting" (hereinafter referred to as the Accounting Document), or a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service (Letter of the Federal Tax Service dated 10/21/2013 No. MMV–20-3/96@).
Payment is made in the currency of the Russian Federation (rubles) by bank transfer, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
The Buyer's obligation to pay for the delivered Goods is considered fulfilled as of the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's account.
Delivery terms:
• The goods are delivered from Monday to Thursday from 09.00 to 16.00, on Friday from 09.00 to 15.00, during the lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00 the goods are not accepted (Moscow time).
• The supplier performs loading and unloading operations on its own, delivers the goods to the warehouse at the address: 354364, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Lenin St., 300.
• The Goods are delivered in separate batches, at the Bid of the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the Bid during the year.
• The Supplier must provide 1 (One) business day before the date of delivery of the Goods the passport data of the driver and the Supplier's representatives accompanying the Goods, the brand and the state registration mark of the vehicle delivering the Goods.
• The Supplier must comply with the requirements of the access and on-site modes established by the Buyer.
• The product must be free of visible defects, must ensure the preservation of its consumer properties throughout its life.
• The product must meet the requirements of quality, safety of life and health, as well as other certification and safety requirements.
• The goods must be packed properly in accordance with the requirements of GOST or TU, ensuring their safety during transportation, storage and handling.
• The outer side of the package must be marked with the appropriate characteristics, name, address of the manufacturer of the Product and its trademark.
• The name of the Goods and the manufacturer of the delivered Goods must correspond to the name of the Goods and its manufacturer indicated in the documents submitted at the time of delivery of the Goods.
• The packaging of the Goods must ensure its safety during transportation, loading and unloading, storage.

• Acceptance is carried out in the presence of a representative of the Supplier. If the Goods do not match the names, characteristics specified in the shipping documents, the acceptance of the Goods is terminated and an act of non-conformity of the Goods in quantity and quality in any form is drawn up. The Supplier is obliged to replace the defective product without additional payment within 48 hours: from the moment of receipt of the certificate sent to the Supplier's e-mail.
