parameters of the essential terms of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of consumables for copiers copying equipment for PJSC "KLA". 2. Delivery of goods by customers ' request is made within the period of validity of the contract, in accordance with item. 3. Delivery of goods is manufactured at the actual location of the PJSC "KLA". 4. Payment in the form of non-cash payment in the currency of the Russian Federation within 10 days from the date of signing marketable invoice. 5. The price range indicated in the annex to the Treaty and should not change during the term of the contract. 6. Name, price, quantity, nomenclature of goods shall be indicated in the invoice, which are an integral part of the contract according to the results of the procedure and shall have equal legal force with them. 7.
