Payment terms:calculations under this Agreement shall be made by the purchaser by transferring funds to the account of the supplier, within 35 (thirty-five) working days after acceptance by the buyer of the delivered of the goods on the basis of the following documents:
- The form of Torg-12 (Universal Transfer Document-hereinafter UPD) of the whole consignment of goods signed by the parties.
- Invoices issued in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- Billed by the vendor.
Delivery terms:in accordance with the requirements of Annex № 3 of the Procurement Documentation (technical specification) to this documentation.
The bank does not commit itself to a lump sum selection of the whole volume.
