Payment terms:Calculations Under this Agreement shall be made by the Purchaser by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, within 35 (thirty-five) working days after acceptance by the Buyer of the delivered of the Goods on the basis of the following documents:
- The form of TORG-12 (Universal transfer Document-hereinafter UPD) of the whole consignment of goods signed by the Parties.
- Invoices issued in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- Billed by the Vendor.
Delivery terms:Batches on Buyer's request within 28 (twenty eight) calendar days from the date of submission of the application to the Supplier. The delivery Time includes delivery of the goods to the Bank by the carrier. Acceptance of production by quantity is carried out by the Bank on the day of delivery on the consignment note (Form № TORG-12). The consignment note (Form TORG-12) is made by the Supplier in 2 copies, signed by the authorized representative of the Supplier and transferred to the Bank on the day of transfer of products.
