Оплата по Договору осуществляется путем безналичного расчета.
Оплата Цены Договора производится Заказчиком на основании надлежаще оформленного и подписанного обеими Сторонами Акта приемки-передачи товара в соответствии с пунктом 4.12 договора, товарно-транспортных накладных и счетов-фактур (пункт 4.9 Договора), в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с даты получения счета на оплату Цены Договора, но не позднее 25 декабря 2013 года.
