Payment terms:
• Form and order of payment: Cashless settlement, payment is made within 30 (thirty) business days from the moment of signing by the parties of the consignment note, provision of invoice and other documents stipulated by the Agreement. In case the contract is concluded with the subject of small and medium business, the term of payment may not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the above documents (in accordance with the government decision of 11.12.2014 № 1352-PP "on Peculiarities of participation of small and medium enterprises in procurement of goods, works and services by separate types of legal entities ").
Delivery terms:
• Shipping details/delivery basis: On conditions of DDP (according to Incoterms 2010) at the address of the branch of PJSC "Mrsk Center"-"Bryanskenergo": RF, Bryansk, Moskovsky Ave. 43 (central warehouse);
• Terms of delivery of products: In accordance with the deadlines specified in annex № 1 to the documentation on request for proposals, within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
