Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
The tender is conducted in two stages:
1. At the first stage of the procedure, it is necessary to provide a technical proposal and a participant's application (Appendix 3) with supporting documents;
After the completion of the first stage, a technical analysis of the proposals will be initiated and the admission/non-admission of participants to the second stage - the submission of commercial proposals will be carried out;
2. At the second stage of the tender, it is necessary to send a commercial offer via ETP. The winner of the purchase will be determined by the highest number of points based on the score.

The results of the procedure will be published in the "Files uploaded by the Organizer" tab.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
