Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the delivered Goods is made by transferring funds from the Buyer's settlement account to the Provider's settlement account. The payment date is the date of debiting of funds from the Buyer's settlement account. Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the provision of the following documents to the Buyer: passports, certificates of conformity, quality certificates; original invoice, invoice or UPD issued to the Buyer; waybill in the form of TORG-12 in 2 copies. (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier); waybill in 2 copies. (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier).

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
