Payment terms:payment of goods is made by cashless transfer to the account of the supplier within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods on the basis of the received invoice and invoice.
Delivery terms:delivery of the goods is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the supplier is made on the orders on weekdays from 9:30 to 17:00 (which is not a weekend or non-working holiday in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation). The supplier guarantees the possibility of safe use of the goods as intended for the whole shelf life (storage) of the goods.
In case of revealing, during the whole shelf life of the goods, a significant violation of quality requirements, the supplier is obliged to replace the goods of improper quality by the goods of proper quality.
All expenses related to the return of the goods of improper quality are carried out at the expense of the supplier. Delivery is carried out within 40 calendar days from the date of signing the contract
