1. The presence of the Silver partner status of CyberArk Software Ltd in the territory of the Russian Federation with the status not lower than "Silver". Provide a copy of the certificate.
LOT 2:
1. The presence of the Silver partner status of CyberArk Software Ltd in the territory of the Russian Federation with the status not lower than "Silver". Provide a copy of the certificate.
2. Availability and qualification of Contractor's specialists (at least 3 valid certificates of employees, giving the right to provide service on the basis of CyberArk solutions). Provide a certificate of personnel resources and copies of staff certificates. 3. The Contractor has a license of FSTEC of Russia for activities on technical protection of confidential information, providing work on installation, installation, testing, repair of information security equipment (software and hardware) means of information security; protected software (software and hardware) means of information processing; software (software and hardware) means of control information security). Provide a copy of the license.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
