Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Required method of payment for the Equipment: 100% postpayment not later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the goods invoice between the Buyer and the Supplier.
Required method of payment for Works: 100% postpayment not later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of works performed between the Buyer and the Supplier
Required payment method for Technical Support Certificates: 100% postpayment not later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing
Merchandise invoice for Certificates between Buyer and Supplier
Payment for is made in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the day of payment.
The date of payment under this Agreement shall be the date of cancellation of funds from the Buyer's account. Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:Consistent configurations are considered according to the TK:
1. Quantum Q-Series
2. Hitachi VSP
3. NetApp
4. IBM
Either Lot 1 or Lot 2 will be selected to place an order.
Procurement for Lot 3 and Lot 4 is not expected in the near future, if the supplier agrees to fix prices for the expansion modules for a long term, the supplier will also be determined for Lot 3 and Lot 4 s which could conclude a framework contract for fixing the prices and conditions of supply of expansion modules. In this case, either the terms on Lot 3 or the conditions on Lot 4 will also be fixed.

Comments:
The participant selects the configuration for Lot 3 and Lot 4, as well as refining configurations for Lot 1 and Lot 2 in the support part.

Other vendor configurations are not considered under this procurement procedure.

One supplier is selected for the entire purchase volume.
