Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the moment the goods arrive at the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Pre-delivery.
Delivery time: no more than 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of the application for the goods by any of the listed means of communication: by phone / fax, by e-mail, via a messenger.
Transportation costs for the delivery of the goods to the TNG-AlGIS LLC base in Almetyevsk should be included in the price of the goods.
If it is necessary to involve a transport company, we ask you to send goods through the TC "ZhelDorEkspeditsiya" to the terminal in Almetyevsk at the expense of the supplier.
Provide certificates and quality passports for the goods, dealer / distribution documents.
Provide a reference list, end-user reviews no older than 2019.
The priority is given to the participants located in the territory of Tatarstan.

Comments:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.

6. Certificate on the status of calculations of taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission;
7. Articles of Association (in full);
8. Accounting statements for the last reporting period;
9. Certificates, licenses, dealer relations.
