Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids

Dear contractors, you can repeatedly submit prices during the request for proposals, participation is FREE for you.

By specifying certain prices, you confirm your willingness to fix these prices for six months and sign an additional price fixing agreement.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the expected average monthly demand is the monthly quantity predicted by us for each item, and not the agreed Call for Bids volumes for the entire half–year. The volumes are averaged, their growth during the first half of the year is possible by 10-15%. It is also necessary to take into account that deliveries for the won items will go to the central warehouses of the Voronezh region (Voronezh region, Talovsky district, Talovaya settlement) and the Tula region (Tula region, Kurkinsky district, Kurkino district).
