Payment terms:
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. The delivery of the Goods is carried out on the basis of the Specifications to the contract in individual batches, during the term of the contract. The quantity and assortment of each batch are determined by agreement of the Parties in the Specification to the contract, taking into account the current needs of the Buyer-Consignee.
2. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract throughout the entire period of validity (2 years from the date of signing the contract).
3. Transportation costs and other obligatory payments are included in the price of the Goods.
4. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law at its own expense.
5. Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the correctly executed original invoice of the Supplier.
6. Delivery time: within 15-60 days from the date of signing the Specifications to the contract for each batch.
7. At the additional request of the customer, the Offeror agrees to provide the necessary samples within 5-20 business days.
8. The supplier provides the following documents:
Certificate of Conformity for the Goods;
Technical documentation required to use the goods; (passport, instruction manual)
A document confirming the warranty on the Goods;
Documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)

Delivery terms:
Material terms of the transaction:
The delivery of goods is carried out in separate batches of different volumes and assortments, during the term of the contract.
The quantity and assortment of each batch are determined in the Specifications to the contract, taking into account the current needs of the Buyer-Consignee.
The supplier provides a guarantee for the products supplied according to the manufacturer's passport.
The supplier observes a delivery time of not more than 30 calendar days to any region of the Russian Federation, from the date of signing of the Specification to the contract for each batch.
The supplier ensures the availability of stock in its own warehouses in the Nomenclature of the agreed specification, in the amount of not less than 20% of the indicated forecasted annual volume. The condition is maintained for the entire period of the Agreement, without the Buyer's obligation to redeem unclaimed goods.
Terms of payment under the contract - within 60-90 days upon delivery based on the correctly executed original invoice.
Transportation costs and other obligatory payments are included in the price of the Goods.
The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law at its own expense.
The proposed prices are fixed in the annex to the contract for the entire duration of its validity (2 years from the date of its signing).
The quality of the goods must comply with the technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU), technical specifications (TU) and technical specifications to GOST specified in the Lot and valid at the time of delivery, and be confirmed by duly executed accompanying documents confirming the quality and safety of the products.
Upon delivery, the Supplier shall submit: originals or duly certified copies of valid certificates of compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents for the delivered goods, allowing the use of goods in the territory of the Russian Federation.
For products manufactured in the Russian Federation, the Supplier provides a copy of the conclusion on the confirmation of industrial production in the Russian Federation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in respect of special clothing, special shoes or other personal protective equipment, as well as a copy of the declaration of origin of the goods or certificate of origin - for workwear models manufactured in other countries - members of the Eurasian Economic one union.
All documentation is provided in Russian. In case of delivery of the Goods of foreign manufacture, the Supplier, at its own expense, translates the documentation into Russian.
Delivery basis:
The delivery basis is the Buyer's warehouse (Station / Destination) at all the addresses below of the consignees.
Station / Destination - Delivery of the Goods is carried out by delivery of the Goods by the Supplier’s transport or the carrier he attracted to the station / destination, which / which is specified in the corresponding Appendix to the Agreement. The date of delivery of the Goods shall be the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination station (at the destination) and the signing of the act of acceptance of the goods / Waybill by the Buyer (Consignee). The Supplier bears all expenses for the transportation of the Goods to the station / destination. The buyer independently bears all expenses for unloading the Goods from the arrived vehicle.
