Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:The delivery of material assets will occur in stages, on the 10-15th day of each month, but not more than 2 monthly supply deliveries according to the Buyer's submitted application. The specification fixes the cost per unit of output, but not per volume. Delivery time 10-15 days of the signing of the monthly Specification which indicates the required quantity and nomenclature.

Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until DECEMBER 2019, inclusive. The selection of materials will take place SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER INCLUDED! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix prices for a unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production, but not per volume.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of the envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
