Delivery terms:
1. To participate in the tender, it is necessary to submit a Commercial Proposal on Larta Glass (and/or equivalents).
2. The glass should be laid out according to sizes and grades and should not obstruct the mounting hinges of the container in height.
3. When tarring in bundles, it is necessary to place cushioning materials between the sheets.
4. On the pyramids, the products must be securely fixed with belts, clamping straps and other devices.
5. During transportation, the container with glass must be placed so that the ends of the sheets are located in the direction of movement of the car.
6. The glass should be carried under the awning if it snows or rains, otherwise the glass will stick together and there will be stains on them.
7. Double-glazed windows should be carried on pyramids packed in stretch film, necessarily marked and tightened with polypropylene screed.
8. Each double-glazed unit must have a label and an end marking indicating the size, formula, order number, date and shift number.
9. The label on the double-glazed unit should be glued to the inner glass at a distance of at least 50 mm from its edge.
10. The supplier must have circulating pyramids for transporting double-glazed windows in the amount of at least 70 units.
11. The main delivery is needed on the pyramids, delivery in boxes only with our approval. Empty boxes must be taken out by the supplier.
12. Delivery on pyramids to production sites for unloading with the release of pyramids on the spot "here and now" is unacceptable.
13. Deliveries must be made during the daytime from 7.30 to 15.00. Deliveries at other times only by agreement.
14. Free pyramids must be removed within 2 days after their release.
