| Payment terms: | Payment is made for the actually delivered Goods, based on the cost determined in accordance with the submitted Application, within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Supplier handed over the Goods delivered under the contract, the parties signed a consignment note in the form of TORG-12, and the buyer received the original invoice. |
